Techniques for self-employment interview

Creative visualization techniques can help us mentally in getting employment. How? We then explain ... The question that many people assumed me: "Is there any chance that you will help me get a job?" The answer is simple: "I am going to recommend a formula which, if you pay attention, read carefully and then to save all your steps without mistakes, can have wonderful results." This is a technique of positive self-programming, self, using the technique of visualization. In some ways it is a way of contacting the outside world inside, with the infinite with the divine, the cosmos. The steps are simple and should be read carefully: 1-Sit comfortably in a comfortable place, or simply lie on a bed, preferably without a pillow. 2-Close your eyes, put your legs straight and arms beside the body. 3-Take a deep breath and expire forcefully repeated this sequence several times, and then return to its normal breathing. 4-Try to make your mind blank, do not feel anything, when reached this situation, we started with programming. 5-Start counting from 1 to 10, between number and number breathe and exhale slowly. Start again from 1 to 9 but this time, breathing slowly as before, the next time arrive at 8 and so on until you reach 1. 6-Now we will put in our minds what we want, we imagine that we manage our dreams, desires. Objectives and desired with all our strength to be met. For example: You can see the office where you are going to job interviews or applying for a job, go in caring for the secretary or the boss sees you talk to them and feel comfortable in this situation, imagine every detail. .. and feel pleasure and satisfaction from being in that situation ... 7-Start now to count from 1 to 5, slowly, breathing deeply and exhaling between number and number, reaching 5 to open your eyes and feel happy and relaxed. Note: this display should be between 2 to 3 times per day to obtain the expected results. |
